Purim Carnival
Sunday, March 1, 2026 • 12 Adar 5786
2:00 PM - 4:00 PMHeart Of SteamboatPlease join us on Sunday, March 1st, 2025 from 2pm - 4pm at Har Mishpacha for a family friendly Purim Celebration! Events will include a Purim carnival with games geared for preschool to elementary age kids, a reading of a Purim Spiel (festive play), creative crafts and yummy snacks.
Purim is a joyous holiday that celebrates Queen Esther saving the Jewish people in Persia from the evil Haman. The holiday is traditionally celebrated with festivals, giving of gifts to friends and those in need, and eating Hamantashen, a symbolic and delicious triangular cookie.
Purim also includes dressing up in costume (kind-of like Jewish Halloween), so feel free to wear your favorite dress-up clothes!
We will have a box for donations to our local Food Bank. Feel free to bring some items from the following categories; canned goods, personal items, dental hygiene, feminine products and infant care.
Free for Har Mishpacha members; $36 per family for non-members.
